Software Update: Work Order & Preventative Maintenance Workflow Changes

IVO Systems released a software update on August 10th, 2020. This update primarily addresses requests from customers related to maintenance work orders. Users can now attach meter readings, preventative maintenance items, photos and more to work orders with just a few clicks as seen below.

We have also made it easier to create work orders quickly. You can add work orders from the dashboard page, equipment detail page or directly from the maintenance alert dashboard as seen below.

We plan to add more functionality in future updates based on customer feedback.

This update also makes it easier to view the maintenance history for a machine as seen below.

Software Update: User Dashboards

IVO Systems understands the difficult work environment on jobsites. Therefore, we created a User Dashboard to simplify field use. We know time is money, especially on the job, but tracking operations is equally important to the bottom line.

The software update was released on July 7th, 2020 for a new User Dashboard feature. Customers can now set up custom user dashboards for different users and roles throughout their organization. Field employees can easily view their schedule, dispatch tickets, maintenance orders, and more. They can also quickly add hour meter readings and work order requests to improve workflow.
