At IVO Systems, we saw the need for a better way to access valuable telematics data from heavy equipment.
Before our software, we faced the same issues you have: Logging onto multiple different websites, clicking on different pieces of equipment, and trying to find the information you need.
Telematics Audit
Your telematics-enabled equipment will appear on the TrackVO magnet board with satellite dish icons.
The icons are color coded by how recently the telematics pinged - green (pinged within 24 hours), yellow (last pinged 1-7 days ago), orange (last pinged 7-14 days), etc.
With this telematics audit in place, you can trust your data, and everyone can see this information with just a glance.
By hovering over the icon, you'll see the "Telematics Last Report". Here you can quickly view the age, source, and exact date and time of the most recent ping.

OEM Telematics
Newer heavy equipment often comes with built-in telematics: each brand with its own unique portal or platform to view your data. IVO Systems eliminates the need to constantly log in to multiple platforms by aggregating all of your telematics data into one place.
Our mobile-friendly system integrates with OEM telematics systems that report on the latest AEMP/ISO standards including Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, Volvo, and others. This is done in our TelematicsVO module, an extension of TrackVO.
Note: You can also manage your non-GPS equipment in the system.

If you decide to purchase telematics devices from a third-party provider, you can easily connect them to IVO Systems--the data from these devices will show up right alongside the data from your OEM telematics.
We help you "future-proof" your operations by working with all providers who have an open application programming interface (API). IVO Systems is telematics agnostic; we don't sell hardware devices. We're happy to bring in as many different telematics providers as you'd like into one easy-to-navigate platform.

IVO Systems does not sell its own telematics devices, but we will help you choose a provider if needed. Telematics data is seamlessly brought into the system via our integrations with OEM & third-party telematics providers. If you cannot easily review all your telematics and GPS data, it does not add value to your bottom line.
Mixed fleets require multiple logins and reports, and it’s difficult to review vital information in a timely manner. TelematicsVO, an extension of TrackVO, aggregates all your mixed fleet telematics data into one platform for easy review with custom reports. Daily reports create accountability and data to improve things such as reducing idle time equipment hours and underutilization. By using Project Geofences in TrackVO, equipment locations automatically update/move based on telematics data pings. Telematics enabled equipment also has icons and information reviewable in the map view.
Have some equipment that doesn’t utilize telematics or GPS? Not a problem. Non-telematics equipment can also easily be managed in the same system with TrackVO.
